• If a service provider cancels a confirmed service, a refund will be issued as per the applicable provider policy.
• Token amounts are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• No refund will be provided for services already utilized, partially utilized, or missed due to the customer's delay, no-show, or failure to report on time.
• Refund requests will not be accepted for changes in personal plans, preferences, or circumstances unless covered under the applicable cancellation policy.
• Any refund approved will be processed only after confirmation and receipt of the applicable refund from the respective service provider.
